Overview
In this role you will own and scale ABM programs for North America, partnering with sales and product marketing to drive pipeline and account growth. You will design persona-based, multi-channel journeys aligned to regional priorities and global ABM frameworks. You will optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and build scalable playbooks that accelerate opportunities across key accounts. Responsibilities Execute 1: few and 1: many ABM programs aligned to global frameworks and regional sales priorities Partner with NA sales leaders to translate growth objectives into targeted ABM programs Design account-centric journeys with persona- and industry-specific messaging Identify opportunities to generate new pipeline and advance opportunities within target accounts Serve as a subject matter expert in scalable ABM programs and experiences Plan and execute multi-touch, integrated campaigns across email, webinars, events, paid media, social, and sales channels Lead inbound and outbound programs with third-party vendors coordination Ensure consistent messaging and coordinated execution across all campaign touchpoints Align campaign execution with broader GTM objectives and regional priorities Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to refine persona-based messaging and value propositions Develop and execute testing strategies (A/B testing, segmentation, flows) and apply learnings Own campaign performance against pipeline targets (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue)Continuously optimize segmentation, messaging, channel mix, and timing using data-driven insights Develop scalable campaign playbooks, templates, and best practices
Key requirements 5+ years in B2B marketing with at least 3 years in ABM or demand generation Proven track record of campaigns that drive pipeline, opportunity acceleration, and account growth Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management in fast-paced environments Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)Analytics and reporting skills Self-starter with ownership and curiosity Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)Cross-functional collaboration Project management Ownership and accountability Marketing automation (Marketo)CRM (Salesforce)Analytics and reporting tools
