Company Profile: Our client is a long-established, highly regarded coaching organization serving successful entrepreneurs and business owners nationwide. With decades of proven curriculum and an exceptionally low-turnover team culture, they are growing their Chicago-area sales team.

Job Description: Initiate, Qualify, and Close: Build a pipeline of established business-owner prospects through referrals, marketing leads, and self-generated outreach. Sell a High-Value, High-Velocity Offering: Manage a single-product, single-decision-maker sales motion selling a premium annual coaching program to sophisticated, successful entrepreneurs. Build Relationships That Convert: Work an assigned book of existing and unassigned client relationships during ramp, generating new introductions and referral-based opportunities.

Requirements: At least 1 year of consistent success in a phone-based sales role; specific industry or product background is not required. A humble, coachable mindset with genuine openness to feedback and growth. Strong conversational and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage credibly with sophisticated, successful business owners.

Base Salary: $75,000 Total Comp: $85,000 - $95,000+ (year 1)
