Client Partner – Strategic Technology AccountLocation: San Francisco Bay Area | Hybrid, with travel as neededLevel: Director to Senior Director, depending on experienceCompensation: $240,000 – $275,000 base + 25–40% bonusAbout the roleA leading global supply chain services and technology consultancy is hiring a Client Partner to own one of its most strategic and fastest-growing client relationships — a major global technology company.The Client Partner is effectively the CEO of a portfolio of business. You'll drive client growth, relationship development, financial integrity and delivery quality across every engagement, working with senior executive stakeholders and leading complex, multi-dimensional programmes that blend consulting with large-scale technology deployment.This is a high-energy leadership role for someone who grows relationships by bringing new strategies and genuinely innovative thinking to the table.Key responsibilitiesOwn a portfolio of business within one of the firm's most strategic and fast-growing relationshipsSell SAP and broader supply chain and related services into the clientDevelop new relationships across the client organisation and convert them into opportunities and closed dealsManage all commercial aspects of the relationship — contracts, pricing, profitability, revenue and profit forecastingPlan and forecast accurately to hit net revenue and margin targetsBuild and drive account and growth plans, processes and strategies that improve client results while expanding the portfolioDeepen your knowledge of the client's business and industry, serving as their first-line consultantLead and direct client and capability teams in a matrixed environment, ensuring productivity, service and qualityPartner with the sales team on proposal content and strategy for new business pitchesOnboard new client relationships effectivelyStay current with industry trends to proactively sell fit-for-purpose solutions and innovationQualificationsRelevant undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferredExceptional client relationship skills and business acumen — able to earn Trusted Advisor statusExperience managing a large global technology client relationship highly desiredAt least 10 years working with senior-level client contactsAt least 5 years' recent experience growing and managing complex client relationshipsExperience operating in a matrix environment, leading teams in a fast-paced and evolving settingStrong operational acumen — running a client's business to financial and satisfaction targets
