About the role
A company in the field of AI-powered commercial real estate planning is hiring a Sales Enablement Specialist in New York City. You will help account executives qualify better, close faster and keep the pipeline reliable. You will work across Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to strengthen every stage of the customer journey.
What you will do:
- Build onboarding and practical playbooks for discovery, demos, objections, negotiation and competitive positioning.
- Lead call reviews, roleplays and one-to-one deal coaching.
- Improve CRM data quality, pipeline stages, required fields and deal audits with RevOps.
- Identify stalled deals and turn findings into focused coaching or process improvements.
- Keep messaging, handoffs and customer escalation playbooks aligned across teams. What you will bring
- 3+ years in sales or go-to-market enablement at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on CRM expertise in data quality, workflows and pipeline configuration.
- Experience with Gong or a similar call-intelligence platform.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Experience in commercial real estate, architecture, workplace or facilities software is a plus.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
