Job Descriptioni FixScreens is looking for a Store Manager who can work on smartphones, tablets, and computers. Applicant must be able to perform component repairs on most major brands including screen repairs, function key replacements, housings, batteries, and more. Having first-hand knowledge working on Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices are highly sought after. If the applicant has any soldering experience please include what experience you have in your resume. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years of experience as a Manager and a Technician. The applicant must also be fluent in English & Spanish and be able to communicate with customers who may have questions regarding a repair. The chosen applicant will be a team player, outgoing, and eager to learn more about Level 3 repairs on smart devices.
Duties include: Customer service Diagnostics/Repair of cellular phones, computers, gaming systems Maintain accurate inventory on parts and accessories Maintenance of work area and store Providing excellent customer service to all customers.
