The compensation is on a per evaluation basis. Each evaluation for disability is an objective history and physical exam including a brief record review and dictation You must be licensed and in good standing with the Maryland State Board. The work is risk-free because you examine each individual one time. There is no overhead, treating, prescribing or follow-up. You would not be asked to make the decision as to whether the claimant is disabled. The decision is made by the individuals caseworker at the Social Security Disability Office. There is no overhead because you perform all exams in our clinics. Support staff is provided, the dictation line is toll-free and our transcription department will transcribe your dictated reports. We handle all administrative issues, as well as the professional liability insurance coverage. To streamline the examination and dictation, we have created a dictation template. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
