Job Responsibilities:
Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performance sales team through accountability management principles Supervise the training development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations
