About the role

Club Beyond is seeking dedicated staff to lead the Club Beyond program for military teens, serving on installations worldwide. You will live near the community you serve and build relationships with teens, families, chaplains, and volunteers. This role requires a three-year commitment, fundraising, and strong relational ministry. You will cast vision, train volunteers, and create outreach to unchurched youth while modeling Christ-centered mentorship.
