We're growing quickly and are looking for a Client Success Manager who can help us deliver an exceptional client experience while driving retention, account growth, and long-term client success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with business owners, solving problems, building relationships, and taking ownership of outcomes. What You'll Do: As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients and be responsible for ensuring they receive an outstanding experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading client onboarding calls
Building strong relationships with business owners
Running bi-weekly client strategy and performance calls
Managing day-to-day client communication
Coordinating with internal creative and operations teams
Reviewing videos and creative assets before delivery
Ensuring campaigns, content, and deliverables stay on track
Identifying and resolving client concerns proactively
Maintaining CRM records and client notes
Following internal systems and SOPsIdentifying opportunities for account expansion and growth

Compensation includes:

$65,000 annual base salary
Monthly performance compensation
Expansion commissions
Client referral bonuses
Additional incentives tied to client growth and retention
Uncapped earning potential

Expected first-year earnings for strong performers are between $90,000 and $110,000+, with additional upside available based on performance.
