Clamp Sit DownYork, PAOnin Staffing is seeking experienced Sit-Down Clamp Operators to join our team in York, PA. The Clamp Operator will be responsible for safely operating a sit-down clamp forklift to move, load, unload, stage, and store products throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have previous clamp forklift experience, a strong commitment to safety, reliable attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced. This position is 4:30pm to 3:00 Am Monday through Thursday
Skills and Experience:
Safely operate a sit-down clamp forklift.
Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the facility.
Use the clamp attachment to safely handle and transport product.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any safety or equipment concerns.
Follow all safety procedures, warehouse policies, and supervisor instructions.
Maintain accurate and efficient product movement.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Meet productivity and quality expectations.
Work effectively with supervisors and other warehouse employees.
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous sit-down clamp forklift experience preferred.
Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.
Strong attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Safety-conscious and dependable.
Must be willing to complete a forklift evaluation.
Must be able to work the assigned schedule and overtime when required.
