About the Position Giannis Restaurant, a busy and fast-paced restaurant in Miami Beach, is seeking a dependable and motivated Food Runner to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment at one of Miami Beach's most renowned restaurants.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
  • Ensure dishes are presented beautifully and match guest orders
  • Assist servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations
  • Provide professional, courteous interaction with guests when needed
Requirements:
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
  • Team-player mindset with attention to detail
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional. Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
