Atwell is looking for an Associate Project Manager to lead and oversee land development projects in Madison, WI.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead with Impact: Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring each phase aligns with our high standards and client expectations.
  • Design with Precision: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting-edge project design and analysis
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results that exceed their expectations.
  • Expand Horizons: Identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to our firm's growth and success.
  • Manage Financials: Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Mentor and Inspire: Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Ensure Quality: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold our commitment to high standards.
  • Grow Professionally: Work closely with a mentor to enhance your business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise.
What You Bring
Licensure: A Professional Engineer license preferred. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
Experience:
  • Proven track record in managing land development projects
  • Communication Skills: Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to opportunities.
  • Leadership: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
