BBVA Securities NY is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead US Private Placement execution for corporate and project finance clients. You will handle structuring, investor engagement, and closing while coordinating with multiple internal teams and external counsel. The role requires 5+ years in corporate or project finance, strong credit analysis, advanced modeling and lender/investor engagement skills, with a focus on data centers, CRE and infra.
