About the role

The City of Grand Prairie’s City Attorney’s Office seeks a 2L or 3L law student or recent graduate for a legal internship focused on prosecuting Class C misdemeanors in Municipal Court, including case prep, motions, and witness interview and trial assistance. On-site, 16–20 hours per week with some evening meetings; eligibility for a Texas supervised practice card is preferred. Compensation is $23.50 per hour, up to 440 hours per semester.
