About the role
Lennar is seeking a Vice President of Land Acquisition to manage all aspects of land acquisition, due diligence, feasibility, design and entitlements for the Division. Lead land development activities and oversee the Division's land development projects to ensure timely starts and compliant approvals.
The role requires a degree in business, engineering, accounting or finance and at least 10 years of combined land development experience. Strong negotiation and budgeting skills are essential.
