Change Management Analyst

Akkodis is recruiting for a Change Management Analyst for an aerospace manufacturer in the Grand Rapids, MI area. This is an onsite contract position with a pay rate of $50 an hour to $65 an hour, depending on education and experience. Assist the tech leads and Engineering Project Managers (EPMs) with project execution by gathering critical project metrics and assist with lean initiatives Assist the engineering team with task execution and help with engineering tools Assist section and technical managers with 3rd party resource management Point of contact for providing access to tools (RTC, Box, DOORS, Rally, Spotfire, Confluence, Jira)Develop, implement, and maintain tools/metrics that help engineers Provide CNMS leadership with inputs to help make strategic decisions on individual projects and products. Experience with MS Office tools to generate project deliverable plan lines (burn-up/burn-down charts), Metrics slides.
