Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to customers’ homes and businesses, install new appliances, and diagnose and repair their existing appliances. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client requests for appliance service Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems Repair appliances Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services Teach homeowners how to operate their appliances Maintain accurate and detailed records Qualifications Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred Valid driver’s license Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects Excellent customer service skills
