Rotating Equipment Engineer – EPC Oil & Gas Project (WHP Scope) MilanEuropean nationals only (Visa purposes) An opportunity is available for an experienced Rotating Equipment Engineer to support a major offshore oil & gas development project, with a focus on Wellhead Platform (WHP) scope. This role suits candidates with a strong EPC background.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise for rotating equipment including compressors, pumps, turbines, and associated packagesSupport design, specification, and vendor evaluation activitiesReview and approve vendor documentation, datasheets, and drawingsInterface with multidisciplinary teams (process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation) Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, and design reviewsSupport procurement, inspection, testing, and commissioning phasesEnsure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirementsRequirementsDegree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplineSignificant experience in oil & gas EPC projects, specifically with WHP / offshore platform scopeStrong knowledge of rotating equipment design, operation, and maintenanceExperience working with major EPC contractors or operatorsFamiliarity with international codes and standards (API, ISO, etc.)Proven ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural project environmentsContract DetailsLong term contract opportunityAll inclusive day rate paid in USDImmediate or short notice availability preferredIf you have the relevant WHP project experience and are interested in discussing further, apply or message directly.chris.kellie@ablyresources.comAbly Resources LtdApply For This JobName*Email*Phone*A valid phone number is required.
