About the role

Technical Metal Specialties is seeking a highly skilled Weld Lead to oversee welding operations in New Berlin, WI. You will lead a team of welders, ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion, and mentor trainees in welding techniques and blueprint interpretation. Ideal candidates have English/Spanish bilingual ability, GMAW certification, and a proven track record of coordinating shop-floor activities with a focus on process and final inspection standards.
