What You’ll Do: Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans. Assess learners using tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, ABLLS-R, and SRS-2. Supervise RBTs and trainees (5–10% of RBT hours). Maintain a manageable caseload (6–8 clients) to ensure quality supervision. Provide ongoing training and mentorship to RBTs. Collaborate with parents, SLPs, and other professionals for coordinated care. Attend bi-weekly team check-ins and monthly staff trainings. Ensure timely completion of documentation and progress reports.
Job Requirements: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Minimum 1 year of post-certification experience preferred (will consider strong new BCBAs with clinical experience). Knowledge of evidence-based ABA interventions, assessment tools, and data-driven decision making. Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring. Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite at our Morris, IL clinic.
