Integrated Technology Systems is a growing MSP based in New York City that delivers high-quality IT support to professional services firms. We’re looking for an L1 Support Engineer who thrives on working with many different clients as part of a close-knit team. This is an in-office role based in NYC.What You’ll GetBase salary starting at $55k+Quarterly bonusesHealth insurance and PTO401(k) starting in your second year A collaborative team focused on high-touch service and modern IT solutionsWhat You’ll DoFirst-line troubleshooting and resolution: password resets, MFA resets, printer configuration, and break/fix, with proper ticket routing and escalationUser management in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, including onboarding and offboarding via established workflowsWindows 11 and macOS device deployment and configuration, plus mobile device enrollment (iOS/Android) First-pass network triage: WAN/LAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN client issues, escalating firewall and infrastructure issues to L2Security operations support: application approval requests, phishing report handling, and initial alert triage per documented runbooksResolve L2/L3 issues where solutions are already documented, as a path to advancementParticipate in project work, on-site and remote support, and the on-call rotationWhat You Bring 1+ year of MSP or comparable help desk experienceExperience with a PSA or ticketing system (ConnectWise preferred) Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 administrationFamiliarity with Entra ID/Azure (we will train as needed)macOS experience preferrediOS/Android device support and MDM familiarityNetworking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNExposure to RMM toolsets and endpoint security tools a plusCertifications a plus: CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft MS-900 or MD-102 Strong customer service and phone presenceThrives in a fast-paced, learning-focused environmentNext StepsApply with your resumeORGet a head start here: https://www.ondemandassessment.com/o/JB-MUYZCPAA0/landing?u=1110981
