Patient Recruitment Specialist

To support high-volume vaccine/flu clinical trials, the remote Contractor Patient Recruitment Specialist will conduct patient outreach, follow up on inbound leads, pre-screen potential participants, and maintain accurate documentation across recruitment systems. Key responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to prospective clinical trial participants and respond to inbound inquiries Pre-screen potential participants based on study-specific eligibility criteria and schedule qualified individuals for screening visits Maintain accurate records across various recruitment platforms and communicate with recruitment leadership and site teams regarding patient status Required qualifications Experience in patient recruitment, clinical research support, or healthcare customer service Strong professional phone presence and ability to build trust quickly with prospective participants Comfort with medical terminology and protocol-driven eligibility questions Technical aptitude, including experience using databases and patient tracking systems Results-oriented mindset with the ability to support enrollment goals while ensuring a high-quality patient experience
