About the role
Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual Korean/English)
Onsite:
Pittsburgh, PA or Onsite – Chesterfield, MO 6 Month Contract-to-HireOxford Solutions has a contract-to-hire opening for a Customer Support Specialist with bilingual fluency in Korean and English to join our client's online healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and resolve patient, doctor, and insurer inquiries
- Provide accurate support for healthcare and pharmacy programs; triage when needed
- Document call information and maintain confidentiality of patient data
- Use knowledge base tools and follow company protocols
- Meet performance targets and contribute to improving patient experience
- Stay current on product updates and process changes
Requirements:
- Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (language assessment required)
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer service or inbound call center experience required
- Healthcare or pharmacy background strongly preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication and technical aptitude
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work varied shifts, including rotating Saturdays
