Laundry Aide – Full-Time Days

Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm Rotating Weekends and Holidays Required

Laundry Aide Responsibilities: Sort linens, towels, clothing, and other laundry items by color, size, and material Operate commercial laundry equipment while following proper sanitization procedures Load and unload commercial washers and dryers Prepare and package clean laundry for delivery to residents Create laundry tags using appropriate resident identification information Assist with receiving and unloading laundry deliveries from vendors and suppliers Stock laundry supplies, including detergent, bleach, laundry bags, and fabric softener Clean and maintain the laundry room and equipment Follow established safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures Work cooperatively with team members to support resident needs
