As a CWMD Policy and Strategy SME, you’ll bring your leadership, strategic, and operational planning expertise and defense mission knowledge to work on projects supporting the Capability Portfolio Executive (CPE) for CBRND. You’ll use your skills in assisting with policy development, decision‑making analysis, and strategic integration to shape CWMD frameworks and optimize operational outcomes within the INDOPACOM area of responsibility (AOR).
Work with us to align CWMD doctrines, operational concepts, and policy frameworks to meet complex mission requirements. Evaluate and address mission challenges, contributing to the high‑level integration of CBRND capabilities, treaty deliverables, and regional readiness strategies for INDOPACOM‑supported missions.

You Have:
Experience managing and delivering CWMD strategies and policy frameworks aligned with national and combatant command-level objectives
Knowledge of the U.S. Army ReARMM framework, INDOPACOM AOR mission priorities, and defense mission planning methodologies
Ability to guide organizations in aligning CWMD doctrines, policy governance, and operational execution plans with complex threat mitigation frameworks
TS/SCI clearance
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience in Combatant Command planning processes and missions, including integrating U.S. and partner nation CWMD operations across INDOPACOM
Knowledge of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), DOTMLPF-P, and Biological Deterrence principles
Ability to develop and execute incident response strategies, overhaul operational readiness plans, and act as a regional CWMD advisor to Combatant Commands
Master’s degree in National Defense, Public Policy, Warfare Studies, or a related field
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
