Work Opportunities Unlimited, an employee-owned organization, is seeking a Director of Employment Services to lead and grow the Metro North market. You will guide a team of dedicated professionals to develop employment opportunities for individuals facing barriers to employment. Daily duties include coaching, outreach to employers and state funding sources, strategizing market growth, and managing market revenue and expenses to drive success.
