We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead sales growth across the Mid-Atlantic region for a fast-growing manufacturer in the Commercial and Industrial HVAC space. This role focuses on managing independent rep partners and driving specification-based sales within the new construction channelYou'll act as the regional sales leader-owning partner performance, developing market strategy, and serving as a technical resource to engineers, contractors, and distributors. What You'll Do: Own and grow revenue across a defined multi-state territoryManage and develop relationships with independent manufacturer rep firmsDrive product specification with engineers, architects, and contractorsDeliver technical presentations, lunch & learns, and field training sessionsIdentify and execute strategies to increase market share and close ratesMaintain accurate forecasts and pipeline activity through CRM toolsCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and marketing teamsMonitor market trends, competitive activity, and regional opportunitiesConduct regular business reviews with partners and internal stakeholdersWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)3+ years of experience in HVAC, air movement, or technical salesProven success working through manufacturer rep channelsExperience driving new construction specificationsStrong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate to both engineers and non-technical audiencesExperience reading building plans and equipment schedules is a plusProficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Highly organized with strong pipeline and forecasting disciplineSelf-driven, competitive, and comfortable in a performance-based environmentIf you have experience in technical sales within HVAC or engineered products and enjoy building relationships that drive long-term growth, this is a strong opportunity to elevate your career!
