Job Description
Responsibilities: Operate snow plow equipment- Remove snow and ice from designated areas- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow removal requests- Follow established routes and schedules to ensure efficient snow removal operations- Inspect and maintain snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning- Coordinate with team members to prioritize areas for snow removal- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns
Skills: Leadership- Groundskeeping: Knowledge of groundskeeping techniques and practices- Maintain: Ability to maintain equipment and perform basic repairs as needed- Irrigate: Familiarity with irrigation systems and their operation - bonus knowledge- Lawn care: Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing- Landscape maintenance: Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks on landscapes

Expected hours:
Schedule: 12 hour shift4 hour shift8 hour shift
HolidaysMonday to Friday Weekends as needed
Experience: Snow plowing: 1 year (Preferred)
Lawn Care: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: In person
