Job Description:
Cycle Counter 1st Shift Location: Elkhart, IN Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: MondayThursday, 5:00 AM3:30 PM, with possible Fridays as needed. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Cycle Counter to join our team in Elkhart. This position works closely with the planning team to ensure inventory counts are accurate and inventory records remain up to date.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform accurate cycle counts and physical inventory checks. Work closely with planners to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. Verify inventory quantities and locations. Enter and maintain inventory information using computer systems. Investigate differences between physical counts and system records. Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels and organization. Operate a forklift as needed to safely move and access inventory. Follow all company safety and inventory procedures.
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong math and basic problem-solving skills. Computer literate and comfortable entering and reviewing data. Previous forklift experience required. Ability to work independently and stay organized. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with the planning team. Previous warehouse, inventory, cycle counting, or material-handling experience is preferred.
