About the role

Ideal Tridon Smyrna, TN is seeking a Set Up Operator for all shifts to support metal stamping operations and customer PSR requirements. The role involves setting up and running presses and rolling equipment, with a focus on safety and quality. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of related setup/operation experience, with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read drawings and use hand tools.
