About the role

Wellness Equity Alliance in Southern California is seeking a Director of Nursing to provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership across street medicine, behavioral health, crisis services, care management, and mobile programs. The DoN reports to the CMO, collaborates with cross-functional teams, develops workflows, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports workforce development. The role is hybrid with travel to Southern CA locations as needed.
