About the role
Administrative AssistantAdvises the Administrative Officer on the practical and technical aspects of office administration, and perform staff support work in the areas of budgeting, purchasing, supply management, data processing, and administrative processes.Assists in budget planning, development, and preparation by collecting data for operating budget, ensuring formatting and compliance and recommend budget adjustments based varying cost of equipment, supplies, and availability of funds.Responsible for the receipt, review, accountability, and tracking of staff actions. Reviews actions for completeness, format, grammar, punctuation, and typographical errors.Maintains personnel training records and arranges for staff training.Performs other duties as assigned.
