About the role

Southern Industries, a premier remodeling construction company, seeks an Outside Sales Manager to lead the in-home consumer sales team. You will recruit, train and motivate the sales force, and you will spend time with customers in their homes to assess needs and close deals. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will set targets, monitor quotas, and develop product knowledge.
