Present technical waterworks solutions confidently, demonstrating product benefits aligned with client needs through in-person meetings and presentations. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to deal closing, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step. Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, update account information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new leads in municipal markets. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively.
Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales within the waterworks, technology sales, or software sales sectors; technical sales experience is highly valued. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a corporate or enterprise selling environment. Proficiency with sales management systems such as Salesforce or other CRM tools; ability to manage customer accounts efficiently. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to foster trust and build lasting client relationships. Demonstrated ability to conduct deal closing negotiations confidently while managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Experience in business development, marketing strategies, and client communication within a technical or industrial context. Ability to analyze market data and customer needs to craft compelling proposals that drive revenue growth.
