About the role

Supporting workforce planning and strategic insights, the full-time salaried Forecasting and Analysis Analyst will analyze data, develop forecasts, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership in a remote environment. Key responsibilitiesAnalyze workforce and operational data to inform staffing and resource planning decisions Develop forecasts and models to assess current and future workforce needs based on business demand Translate complex data into clear insights and present findings to senior leadershipRequired qualificationsExperience analyzing and interpreting large data sets for business decisions Ability to synthesize data and communicate findings through effective storytelling and presentations Experience with workforce planning, forecasting, budgeting, or related analytical disciplines Proficiency with Tableau and other reporting or business intelligence tools Strong organizational and project planning capabilities
