BKF is seeking a Regional Lead to drive operations, client relationships, and team development across the California region. You will collaborate with local offices, ensure delivery excellence, and advance BKF’s strategic goals in land development. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage major projects, and pursue regional growth while maintaining strong client service and financial performance. Travel to multiple BKF locations and client sites is expected.
