About the role

We are partnering with a global insurance business who is looking for an experienced Auto Adjuster to handle Commercial Trucking and/or Personal Auto claims, as well as third-party property damage and bodily injury claims. Reporting to the TPA Team Supervisor, you will conduct claims investigations, take recorded statements, and establish liability on each assigned claim. Key Details:
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $35/hrAbout the Role:
You’ll manage complex auto liability claims involving bodily injury and property damage, may also include domestic trucking incidents. This role requires strong negotiation skills, litigation management, and the ability to handle high-exposure claims with accuracy and professionalism. You’ll work closely with clients and high-profile accounts, preparing detailed reports and loss summaries.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in auto liability claims (Commercial or Personal Lines)
  • Must have an Active Adjuster License in at least one of the following states: (Texas, California, Arizona, or New Mexico)
  • Proven experience with loss settlements (BI & PD)
  • Skilled in litigation, coverage analysis, damage evaluation, and policy interpretation
  • Experience with domestic commercial trucking claims
  • Strong written communication and negotiation skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
