About the role
This role combines 3D product visualization, animation, video production, and graphic design. You will transform engineering models into compelling visual experiences that educate customers, support sales, and strengthen the PWI brand.
You will own the complete visualization pipeline—from engineering CAD through photorealistic renders, animations, and finished marketing assets. Whether creating a static product render, an installation animation, or a product feature video, your work will help communicate the value of our products across every customer touchpoint.
Our products solve important problems, but customers increasingly expect to see products in action before making purchasing decisions. Your work will go beyond creating beautiful renderings. You will help customers visualize how our products are installed, how they operate, and the value they provide through cinematic product videos, technical animations, application renderings, and marketing content.
By building reusable product visualization assets and transforming them into compelling digital experiences, you will help define how the PWI brand is presented across every customer-facing channel.
Responsibilities Build photorealistic 3D product renderings from engineering CAD models.
Create high-quality product animations, exploded views, cutaways, and technical visualizations.
Produce application-based renderings that showcase products in real-world environments and customer use cases.
Edit and produce product-focused videos by combining 3D animation, live-action footage, motion graphics, voiceover, music, and branded graphics.
Create installation videos, product tutorials, feature demonstrations, and launch videos using a combination of rendered and filmed content.
Develop motion graphics, titles, transitions, and visual effects that enhance product storytelling.
Design product-focused graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.
Translate technical product information into engaging visual stories across print, digital, and video formats.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure all visual assets accurately represent product functionality and specifications.
Maintain a scalable library of reusable 3D models, animations, textures, environments, and marketing assets.
Repurpose core visualization assets into multiple content formats for different audiences and marketing channels.
Continuously improve rendering, animation, video editing, and content-production workflows.
What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you will have:
Built a scalable digital visualization library of PWI’s product portfolio.
Produced photorealistic renders, application scenes, and reusable animation assets.
Developed a consistent visual language across product imagery, video, and marketing materials.
Created engaging product demonstrations, installation videos, and tutorials that improve customer understanding.
Reduced reliance on traditional photography by expanding the use of high-quality digital visualization.
Established repeatable workflows that allow one product model to generate dozens of assets for social media, websites, brochures, presentations, and video.

PWI’s most vital concerns are the safety, health, and wellbeing of its employees and all people who come into contact with its workforce, property, and/or its products, and services. In light of this, as a part of PWI's hiring process, PWI may make all job offers contingent upon results from various checks including background checks, drug screens, reference checks, previous employment checks, and driving record checks (dependent upon position applied for). Our PWI team also takes part in ongoing periodic drug screens whether through random draw, reasonable cause, or post-accident testing.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
