This executive will be responsible for performance marketing, market investment, and growth planning, with a direct focus on delivering qualified opportunity volume at an efficient cost. The role demands a strategic leader who can connect national scale with regional and local priorities, and who will partner closely with various business functions to drive measurable growth and market share. Key responsibilities include setting the enterprise growth and media strategy, leading media planning, and allocating investment across channels. Candidates for the Vice President of Growth and Media position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 12 years of progressive marketing experience. A strong background in integrated media, performance marketing, and enterprise growth strategy is essential, particularly within a complex, multi-location consumer business. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
