Location: Los Angeles, CA | On? Site | Monday-FridayWe are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to support a Sales Manager and drive seamless execution of the sales process from ideation through final delivery. This is a high?visibility, in?house role ideal for a detail?oriented sales support professional who thrives in a fast?paced, cross?functional environment. The Senior Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting sales operations and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and coordination across all stages of the sales lifecycle. You will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing teams while maintaining professional relationships with retail customers. Provide end?to?end sales operations support for a Sales Manager and sales team Manage and track new product development timelines and deliverables Coordinate closely with cross?functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing Prepare, process, and manage sales quotations using Oracle Monitor sales order progress to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external retail partners This role is ideal for a sales operations professional looking to take ownership of processes, collaborate across departments, and support strategic sales initiatives in a stable, in?house environment.
