We're seeking a consulting professional who enjoys solving business challenges and delivering successful ERP solutions.Remote Work from Home (U.S.) Approximately 50% TravelPrimarily Midwest to East CoastWeekday travel rarely over the weekendTeams are developed around the client issue/concernsStarting Base Salary: $100K+ Plus Billable HoursWhat You'll Be DoingDirect complete Infor CSI (SyteLine) ERP deployment projects from planning through completion.Evaluate existing manufacturing workflows and recommend practical operational improvements.Partner with manufacturing leaders to increase efficiency and optimize business performance.Support business functions including:Manufacturing OperationsProduction PlanningSchedulingMaterials ManagementPurchasingInventory ControlFinance and Cost AnalysisWork closely with customers throughout:Business discovery sessionsSolution setup and customizationUser acceptance testingEnd-user educationProduction launch and post-launch assistanceWhat You'll Bring5+ years of hands-on Infor SyteLine (CSI) consulting experienceProven success delivering multiple enterprise ERP implementations8+ years supporting manufacturing organizationsStrong background in operational excellence and continuous improvementBonus QualificationsLean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experienceCustomer-facing consulting experienceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsIf you enjoy helping manufacturers solve complex business problems while delivering measurable results, we'd like to hear from you.
