About the role
Leading the design and delivery of innovative learning solutions, the contract Remote Learning Design Solutions Manager will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to create engaging training content across various modalities while managing the end-to-end learning design process remotely.
Key responsibilities
Partner with clients and business leaders to design learning solutions that align with organizational goals
Lead the end-to-end learning design process, including needs analysis, content development, and evaluation
Create engaging training content and ensure it meets accessibility and compliance standards
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
7+ years of experience in learning and development or instructional design
Prior experience managing projects or learning teams
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
