About the role

Real Estate Technical Services Analyst The Real Estate Technical Services Analyst position involves completion of compliance appraisal reviews on residential real estate appraisals. These are both high volume and time sensitive. In addition, the qualified candidate will become familiar, and then competent, with the RIMS system which is an internet based appraisal management system. Inclusive in this, the Analyst will bid out appraisal jobs, confirm delivery dates, provide communication with the account officer, and upload appraisals/reviews into our OnBase system. This position is also responsible for some administrative duties which include assembling and logging appraisal reviews, and contacting account officers for additional information as needed for an appraisal request.
Position Requirements: To be considered, candidates must possess 1-3 years previous experience with appraising, underwriting, or loan processing to be considered. Experience using OnBase Imaging is strongly preferred. Candidates should also demonstrate very strong organizational skills, general computer skills, good communication habits - both written and verbal, while also being detail oriented. Successful candidates will be receptive to instruction and have the ability to operate independently.
