About the role

Our client is a fast-growing hyperscale Data Center Operator building infrastructure to support top AI labs and enterprises. Lead DataCenter Network Technician What this role does: Own onsite escalation for physical layer: network and structured cabling. What You'll own: Tier 3 escalation for network + cabling issues Fiber troubleshooting (faults, transceivers, patch panels) Testing and validation (VFL, power meters, light levels) Structured cabling repairs and remediation Post-repair validation (LLDP, connectivity, optical levels) Documentation and escalation to network engineering Must-have Experience: Strong Fiber and Cabling experience (single-mode, multi-mode, standards) Experience with fiber tools (VFL, OTDR, power meters, fiber scopes) Basic network diagnostics (link status, light levels) Data center experience (3+ years)
Nice to have: BICSI, CCNA, or similar certifications Experience with high-speed optics (100G+)Exposure to GPU / AI infrastructure
