About the role
Managing day-to-day client relationships, the full-time Client Engagement Manager will lead the execution of medical communications programs for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budget, and quality standards in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned accounts, delivering high levels of client service
Lead execution of medical communications programs from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality standards
Manage project financials, including budget tracking and invoicing, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
4-6+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, pharma marketing, or related fields
Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and drug development process
Financial acumen, including forecasting and profitability management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with document submission systems (e.g., Veeva) preferred
