About the role

Lightship is hiring a Staff Chassis Systems Design Engineer to lead the design, development, integration, and validation of vehicle chassis structures and mechanical systems. You will own components from concept to production release and work with multiple teams to ensure robust, manufacturable designs. The role requires strong mechanical fundamentals, CAD ability, and experience with GD&T, FEA, and supplier interfaces. Competitive benefits accompany a salary in the 130k–150k range.
