About the role

Regional Sales Trainer RideNow Powersports, a leader in the powersports industry, is searching for a motivated Regional Sales Trainer to conduct sales training and development in our Central region. You will be responsible for driving the retention and growth of employees through training the company's defined sales process. Responsibilities: Work with direct manager to develop, implement, and deliver training programs that support the company's proven sales methodology Conduct in-person sales and sales management courses within the central Region (travel is required) Able to drive participation in a group environment Communicate and track training results to General Sales Managers and Regional Operations Directors Continuing education is required post-class with trainees, and sales management to ensure training is implemented Participation in on and offsite sales events may be required.
