About the Position First Call Security Innovations LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Salesto drive major commercial and enterprise opportunities and help expand our sales organization. This is a senior-level B2B sales position for an established producer who canopen doors, build strategic relationships, generate significant opportunities, and close profitable business. The ideal candidate has a proven history of winning new business and selling to senior decision makers across commercial, institutional, construction, property, technology, or related markets.
What You'll Do: Develop and close new commercial and enterprise accounts. Build relationships with owners, executives, facility leaders, IT/security teams, contractors, property groups, and institutional decision makers. Generate opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing activities. Sell FCSI's commercial security and technology solutions. Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM activity and forecasting. Develop strategic relationships with manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and referral partners. Work closely with operations and project management to transition sold projects successfully into installation. Help establish sales processes, accountability, and forecasting standards. Mentor and support future sales representatives as the sales organization grows. What We're Looking For: 7+ years of successful B2B, commercial, or enterprise sales experience preferred. Proven history of generating and closing new business. Commercial security, systems integration, low-voltage technology, or related industry experience strongly preferred. Experience with major security technology manufacturers such asVerkada, Hanwha Vision, Axis, Avigilon/Motorola, Genetec, Milestone, HID, Gallagher, Brivo, Bosch, Honeywell, or similar platforms. Established commercial relationships and the ability to develop new ones. Proven ability to sell to C-suite and senior decision makers. Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline. Leadership or mentoring experience. Self-motivated, organized, competitive, and results-oriented. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development. Compensation $100,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission 15% commissionon qualifying self-generated new business based on commissionable gross profit.8% commissionon qualifying company/house opportunities based on commissionable gross profit. Opportunity to earn additional income through recurring-revenue business. Additional team-production incentives. Final commission terms are governed by FCSI's written compensation agreement. Performance Expectations During the first 90 days, the successful candidate will be expected to: Establish relationships with qualified commercial and enterprise decision makers. Build a substantial qualified sales pipeline. Generate and conduct customer meetings and site visits. Develop proposals and actively pursue new opportunities. Secure the first signed customer/project. Develop strategic partnerships and referral opportunities. Build toward significant booked revenue.
