Job Description
Primary Responsibilities: Deliver outpatient art therapy services to enhance patients' well-being and progress. Conduct intakes and oversee individual and occasional family therapies. Develop and adapt treatment plans, conducting regular reviews as needed. Perform mental health assessments, offering art therapy/counseling and intervention services. Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in line with federal and state guidelines.
Requirements: Certification as a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) or Registered Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC).Master's degree in Art Therapy or related counseling field, with master’s level Art Therapy certification. Preferred experience working with individuals facing developmental and physical disabilities. Military background is advantageous. Proficient computer skills. Valid driver’s license and clean background and driver’s record checks. Background check and driver’s record check.
