Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level personal and administrative support, ensuring seamless coordination between home, travel, and work environments. Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, appointments, and events across multiple time zones. Oversee household operations, staff coordination, and vendor relationships. Anticipate needs and handle personal errands, shopping, and special projects with professionalism and discretion. Liaise between the principal and various teams to ensure clear communication and timely execution. Support logistics for events, meetings, and travel—often requiring flexibility and rapid problem-solving. Track expenses, assist with budgets, and maintain organization across administrative systems. Represent the principal with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience supporting a high-profile individual or senior executive in a dynamic environment. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and solution-oriented under pressure. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred. Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL.Comfortable with a fast-paced schedule, frequent travel, and occasional nontraditional hours. Valid driver’s license and passport required.
